it all started in Sausalito...

Molly and Liz met in Sausalito, CA, at their first jobs in tech—a place that shaped them both professionally and personally and where their friendship began.

The Saus is more than just the name of their podcast; it reflects the kind of community they strive to create. Their goal is to empower women, foster connections, and build a space where women can learn from and support one another—just as Sausalito did for them.

Meet the team

I’m Liz Hajjar,

After 15 years in tech sales leadership, I love bringing both professional insight and personal authenticity to The Saus. As an American in London, I offer a unique perspective by blending my corporate expertise with real-life experiences.

When I'm not leading sales teams across EMEA or recording episodes, you'll likely catch me exploring European cities, trying out new recipes (with varying degrees of success!), or gathering with my fiancé, family and friends for those perfect evenings of food, wine, and endless stories.

I believe in living life fully and bringing joy to both work and play. My secret saus is my authenticity and EQ.

I’m Molly McKinstry,

As a sales leader, I have experience growing a high-velocity, product-led sales orgs. Prior to my current role, I’ve also spent over a decade helping build and scale a go-to-market strategy from the ground up as part of a founding sales team.

Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about developing people and helping them grow in their careers. My secret saus is building strong, collaborative teams and creating an environment where people can do their best work.

I’m a proud New Jersey native and University of Florida alumni. In my free time, I love traveling with my husband & kids, cooking and baking, and maximizing life in Colorado by getting outside!
